How we collect it

We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for all of the collection and storing. We DO NOT use Google or other major analtics provider. We do not use cookies or track cookies. We self host and self maintain all collected analytics in databases hosted within the Canadian Amazon Web Services environment. Data is anonymised on ingest unless otherwise required for basic functionality, such as the email addresses inside of the email database. The data is transformed using a unique seed value appended to the data which is then hashed using a non reversable hashing algorithm.

How the data is stored and how we secure it

Data is stored within the Canadian Amazon Web Service ecosystem using non public facing databases, the data is only accessible after successful authentication with AWS and an independent Idendity Provider (IdP). Strong keys, passwords, two factor authentication (2FA), idQ for secure authorization and athentication is used. All data requests made must be authenticated against a reputable 3rd party IdP using idQ.

What we do with it

We use it to generate meaningful analytics to demonstrate the engagement from our members and guests. We DO NOT sell it or distribute it to a 3rd party.
